Vince Lillegard focuses his practice on capital market debt transactions and syndicated bank credit facilities. Vince represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, banks, and other lenders across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, landscaping, construction, and real estate.

Vince regularly represents borrowers in large corporate financings, including secured and unsecured revolving credit and term loan facilities, acquisition financings, and other specialized financings. His experience includes high-yield, investment-grade and convertible notes offerings, including related call spread derivative transactions. 

Notably, Vince advises agent banks and lenders in syndicated credit facilities and counsels end-users on interest rate swaps and related ISDA documentation. He also represents clients in employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) financings, spin-off and specialty financings, and large-scale refinancings for both public and private institutions.

In the fast-paced world of capital raising and transactions, Vince is valued for his knowledge, judgment and innovative approach to deal-making. He is well-versed in drafting and negotiating loan documents and managing deal teams.

Vince has handled transactions nationwide, representing NYSE-listed and Fortune 500 companies, as well as regional and national financial institutions. Prior to joining the firm, Vince was a partner at a Nashville-based firm.
