Trisha is a Barnes & Thornburg litigator and a trial consultant and legal communication strategist for ThemeVision LLC., which is affiliated with Barnes & Thornburg. She works with trial teams to craft compelling case themes and trial narratives and to develop jury research and voir dire strategies for civil and criminal cases. She also consults on crisis communications and client reputational issues related to litigation or other legal issues.
As a litigator, Trisha practices general commercial litigation across a wide range of industries. She has represented clients in mass tort litigation, contract disputes, insurance recovery and in data practices issues. In particular, she is a member of a national trial team for an international product manufacturer and has trial experience in jurisdictions across the country.
Before launching her legal and litigation consulting career, Trisha spent more than a decade as a broadcast journalist. She was an investigative reporter who loved to unearth and tell compelling stories. Today, that same journalistic tenacity and skilled storytelling informs her comprehensive approach to legal strategy and jury research.
Trisha enjoys teaching and coaching other lawyers and business executives on communicating with confidence. In connection, she is a frequent presenter and CLE instructor on topics such as jury selection, legal storytelling and issues where media, the law, and strategic communications intersect.
