Travis Glassley demonstrates a commitment to his clients by helping to meet their needs in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and guardianships. His work allows him to give individuals and their families a sense of relief and security in times of crisis and peace of mind knowing their finances and assets are properly accounted for.
Travis regularly advises clients regarding wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and the probate administration process, always striving to meet their individual and family needs and goals. He focuses on helping families understand the effects of those documents and their impact on their overall plans. He also assists clients with asset management and asset protection.
On a day-to-day basis, Travis drafts irrevocable trusts, last will and testaments, revocable trusts, minors trusts, restatements of wills/trusts, amendments or addendums, and other estate planning documents. He also provides counsel for those who need to make healthcare and Medicaid decisions for themselves or family members, advising on what plans might be best for his clients.
Travis is an accredited attorney by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and as such, assists clients with veterans benefits.
Travis takes pride in his Midwestern roots and strives to offer each client his own brand of Hoosier hospitality. An extension of that and his dedication to the work he does, Travis is dedicated to going the extra mile to help protect and guard his clients’ financial and health-related needs; if his clients cannot come to him because they are homebound, he goes to them.
Outside of his practice, Travis enjoys spending time with his family and studying and reading about history and politics, and he is a devoted Indiana University athletics fan.
