With more than three decades of experience assisting businesses as they progress through various stages of growth and development, Stuart’s core competency is helping clients to solve problems and make money. Regardless of the matter at hand, Stuart delivers the advantage of veteran perspective coupled with an appreciation that business lawyers should be focused on the law and legal activities as a means of helping clients achieve business objectives. He also leads the firm’s Private Equity team.

Stuart has authored and been quoted in numerous articles relating to merger and acquisition trends and activities, particularly those involving growth-oriented businesses and private equity transactions. He has organized and participated in business growth and expansion programs sponsored by institutions such as the Georgia Institute of Technology, Emory University, Georgia State University, Kennesaw State University, the Georgia Society of CPAs, the Atlanta Business School Alliance, the Technology Association of Georgia, Lorman Educational Services, and the Academy of Management.
