Savannah Robinson Office Administrator, Director of Legal Personnel
Savannah is responsible for developing, enhancing and delivering an integrated approach to the full life cycle of the firm’s legal talent; assessing and improving our sponsorship program; and providing strategic support and tactical resources to firm leadership working closely with the firm managing partner, office managing partners, department chairs and other senior leaders at the firm to develop and pursue those priorities and strategies.
In addition, Savannah serves as the Office Administrator of the firm’s Fort Wayne office. She works closely with the office managing partner on business development and strategic planning. She is responsible for daily administration of the office including, human resource functions, facilities, financial management, and marketing functions.
Savannah earned her bachelor’s in public affairs and legal studies and her master’s in public administration from Indiana University-Fort Wayne. Following graduation, she lectured at IPFW on human resource management and environmental policy for several years. She is currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); the Human Resource Association of Northeast Indiana (NIHRA) and a member of the National Association of Law Placement (NALP). She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and serves on the Standards Review Committee. She is also a member and serves as Vice President of the Northeast Indiana Association of Legal Administrators.
Savannah is active in the community and passionate about giving back. She serves as President of the Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana Board of Directors; is the immediate past-president of the Board of Directors for the Fort Wayne Dance Collective; serves on the Campaign for Children Committee at SCAN, Inc.; serves on the Indiana Dance Festival Committee and spends time volunteering for the YWCA. She was chosen as one of Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly’s Twenty Millennials Making a Difference in Northeast Indiana and as one of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Finest Young Professionals in Fort Wayne in 2014 for her hard work and dedication to the community and workforce in Allen County.
