Rebecca Arredondo brings more than 15 years of experience serving as a corporate and transactional paralegal in-house and in large law firms to her attorneys and clients. With a critical eye for detail, organization and prioritization, she is an asset in helping clients’ achieve their business goals.
Rebecca assists attorneys and has experience supporting C-suite level leadership with a variety of needs connected to business entity transactions – due diligence, closing checklists, closing binders and e-room setup and maintenance.
She also prepares and files Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Financing Statements, along with Form IDs and Form Ds with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
For startup entities and for business’ day-to-day needs, Rebecca drafts articles of incorporation, certificates of formation, limited liability company agreements, bylaws, organizational minutes and SS-4 Applications for Employer Identification Numbers with the IRS.
She has managed corporate records for up to 100 entities simultaneously. Rebecca handles annual shareholder and director minutes, consent resolutions and annual reports. She also prepares and files applications to qualify, register, withdraw and dissolve entities; as well as related name applications.
