Erin advises and represents clients ranging from individuals to large corporations in connection with civil and criminal litigation, government and internal investigations, and corporate monitorships.
She has experience managing electronic discovery issues, drafting motions, conducting witness interviews and preparing clients for government interviews and agency proffers, and guiding clients through arbitrations and mediations.
Active in her pro bono practice, Erin has represented clients in matters of child education and custody cases. She also has experience representing indigent victims of domestic violence in civil protection order suits.
