Organized, efficient and reliable, Lillian is proficient in virtually all aspects of patent prosecution in the U.S. and abroad. She is valued by clients and colleagues alike for working cohesively with the firm’s legal team to ensure that support of administrative tasks and client service are efficient.
Lillian assists the firm’s IP attorneys to meet the duty of disclosure in U.S. and foreign jurisdictions for clients’ patents and patent portfolios. She frequently manages deadlines across U.S. and foreign jurisdictions for clients, assists in the collection of necessary materials, and prepares and files Information Disclosure Statements.
In addition, Lillian works with attorneys and staff on additional patent prosecution initiatives, such as due diligence matters and other special projects.
Lillian is fluent in a wide variety of docketing programs and electronic patent filing systems.
