Calling on the knowledge and skills she gained while representing a global private equity firm at an AmLaw 20 law firm, Bertie drafts and negotiates various business agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and related documents for her clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Bertie served as a corporate attorney focused on NDAs in a variety of industries and domestic and foreign jurisdictions.
Outside of her practice, Bertie is an avid photographer, particularly in the LGBT nightlife and events sphere.
