Robert H. (Bob) Reynolds has chaired the firm's Corporate Department and International Practice Group and is now Of Counsel (retired). He has represented clients in corporate transactions, such as mergers, business purchases and sales, and financings, including stock and debt securities offerings and placements. He also counseled clients on financial and business relationships, including contracts and joint ventures.

Robert H. (Bob) Reynolds has chaired the firm's Corporate Department and International Practice Group and is now Of Counsel (retired). He has represented clients in corporate transactions, such as mergers, business purchases and sales, and financings, including stock and debt securities offerings and placements. He also counseled clients on financial and business relationships, including contracts and joint ventures.

Bob has worked with many foreign companies doing business in the United States and with U.S. companies doing business internationally. He recently served as chairman of TerraLex, a world-wide network of more than 150 leading independent law firms. He continues to serve as the Honorary Consul General of Japan in Indianapolis.

Bob has chaired seminars and edited publications on the purchase and sale of businesses, as well as other international and business-related topics. He is listed in Who's Who in America  and Who's Who in the World, as well as in editions of Who's Who in American Law  and The Best Lawyers in America. In The Best Lawyers in America, he has been listed in three categories: Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Law; International Trade and Finance Law; and Tax Law.

Bob serves as a member of the boards of directors of the Central Indiana Community Foundation, Indianapolis Downtown, Inc., and several other organizations concerned with economic and community development in Indianapolis. He is a Director Emeritus of the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and an Honorary Trustee of the Children's Museum of Indianapolis, as well as an officer and director of a number of other charitable, educational, and cultural organizations.

Bob has received the Whistler Award from the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, the Distinguished Eagle and the Silver Buffalo awards from the Boy Scouts of America, and the Sagamore of the Wabash from the Governor of Indiana.

Bob received his B.A. degree from Yale University, served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS John Paul Jones (DD-932) and graduated from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to practice in Indiana.
