Kep also advises domestic companies involved in international acquisitions and dispositions, as well as international clients seeking to expand operations through acquisitions in the United States.
As the vice chair of the firm’s Corporate department, Kep strives to bring to each engagement the appropriate resources and skill necessary to efficiently and effectively solve the problems presented in each transaction. Prior to joining the firm, Kep worked as in-house counsel and director of regulatory compliance for the North American headquarters of an international company in the medical diagnostics industry.
