Jennifer’s practice focuses on assisting clients with environmental challenges including those arising during the course of development and redevelopment projects, real estate transactions, and active operations. She works closely with state regulators to resolve issues which may affect clients’ businesses.
As part of her comprehensive experience, Jennifer supports a coalition of industrial and municipal clients in addressing federal environmental laws and regulations. Jennifer’s experience further includes providing assistance to energy clients on regulatory issues involving active operations and divestiture of energy-related assets. Her work also includes representing clients in litigation involving a broad array of environmental issues in both federal and state arenas.
