Chelsea assists her attorneys with scheduling hearings, depositions and mediations, as well as with drafting complaints, motions, notices, chronologies, discovery, and correspondence. She also helps with trial and deposition preparation, including but not limited to, creating deposition outlines, pre-trial conference orders, witness and exhibit lists, verdict forms, and jury instructions.
Additionally, she is trusted by her attorneys to serve as a primary contact with clients, opposing counsel, local counsel, referring attorneys, and court personnel.
Before turning to paralegal work, Chelsea was a volunteer legal advocate with the Middle Way House in Bloomington, Indiana.
