Nell coordinates and assists intellectual property litigation attorneys with case files, including preparing and filing pleadings, organizing and managing document collections and productions, assisting in trial preparation and attending trials, conducting fact-finding and creating timelines for IP litigation, reviewing documents, and maintaining witness files.
Nell has assisted on complex litigation claims involving patent and copyright disputes, trademark and trade secret claims. Notably, Nell has managed cases involving patents, trade secrets and commercial litigation in federal and district courts and before the American Arbitration Association, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and Patent Trial and Appeals Board. She is valued for managing a collection of different cases and for keeping calendars, deadlines and documents for attorneys in order to help them manage their time.
