His corporate practice also includes counseling clients on governance matters, including ownership and board-level decision-making, governance structures, and transaction-related fiduciary considerations. He advises franchisees nationwide on creating, developing, and expanding franchise investment platforms, including negotiating equity rights with strategic investors, acquiring development rights from franchisors, and completing acquisitions of existing locations and related development rights from franchisees.
