Michael represents businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial litigation matters. His experience includes suits involving fraud, breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, copyright and trademark infringement, products liability, privacy rights, antitrust and other complex matters.
He has also handled administrative actions before federal agencies and the U.S. courts of appeals.

Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Michael was an associate with a national law firm, where he gained substantial experience taking depositions and arguing in the courtroom. He also served as an intern for the Honorable Martin Hoffman of the 68th Civil District Court of Dallas County and as a law clerk for the Antitrust Section of the Texas Attorney General's office.
