Michael H. Borofsky is an associate in Barnes & Thornburg's Dallas office and is a member of the Litigation Department.
Michael represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including fraud, breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, tortious interference, copyright and trademark infringement, products liability, privacy rights, antitrust, and other complex matters.
Michael has experience in virtually all phases of litigation, including injunctions, written discovery, depositions, pre-trial motions, post-trial motions and appellate work.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Michael was an associate with a national law firm, where he gained substantial experience taking depositions and arguing in the courtroom. He also served as an intern for the Hon. Martin Hoffman of the 68th Civil District Court of Dallas County, and as a law clerk for the Antitrust Section of the Texas Attorney General's office.
