He advises on international patent portfolios and applications, as well as coordinates the legal strategies for companies requiring assistance with both opinions and due diligence associated with the financing, sale and acquisition of intellectual property assets.

Mark brings significant industry experience to assisting chemical and biotechnology clients with patent prosecution, due diligence reviews, freedom-to-operate analyses, validity analyses and post-grant proceedings in the U.S. and abroad.

He represents a variety of individual and business clients in the pharmaceutical, crop science, petroleum additive, polymer and personal care industries.
