Linda G. Chandler

Linda's experience includes preparing, analyzing and negotiating purchase and sale contracts, transfer, financing and authorization documents, leases and lease amendments, as well as performing due diligence, real and personal property reviews for mergers, acquisitions and financings.

In addition, she coordinates, obtains and creates due diligence documentation in connection with the foregoing, summarizes critical issues and proposes or negotiates resolution of title, survey, land use, zoning and other findings, creates critical date/action summaries and keeps clients apprised of necessary contractual obligations. Linda revises and standardizes form leases for several office buildings and projects, as well as for a national cell phone company's initial cell site program.
