Leah Seigel is dedicated to serving as an effective advocate at the various stages of litigation, including strategically positioning clients before a suit is filed, efficiently managing the preservation and collection of evidence, and crafting persuasive legal arguments at key junctures. She is also committed to negotiating creative business-driven solutions and getting results at trial and on appeal.

Leah is routinely relied upon to brief dispositive or imperative issues. She represents governmental entities and businesses of all sizes, and her practice focuses on complex commercial cases, intellectual property disputes and constitutional claims.

Leah has experience developing and executing focused discovery plans, including taking and defending depositions with the goal of eliciting testimony to support critical motions. Leah has argued motions in court and consistently seeks to aptly explain complex underlying facts or technology and effectively advancing her client’s positions. Currently, Leah serves as a legal hold adviser for a multinational Fortune 50 company, working on strategies to defensibly preserve relevant data across a variety of legal matters.

Notably, Leah participated in BT ValueWorks' Legal Project Management (LPM) training and applies LPM techniques to the delivery of legal services. Before joining the firm full-time after her clerkship, Leah gained legal experience as a summer associate for Barnes & Thornburg and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jane Magnus-Stinson of the Southern District of Indiana.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Leah taught kindergarten in Phoenix through Teach For America. She continues to be involved in education by providing pro bono assistance to families navigating the special education system.
