Lauren Devereux-Jones organizes and assists in large caseloads of various commercial, toxic tort and product liability class action and litigation matters. Regardless of the challenge her clients may be facing, Lauren keeps a positive and optimistic outlook in striving to achieve the goal at hand.
Lauren focuses her work on discovery, research and preparing pleadings and motions for state and federal court proceedings. She works closely with clients to understand the case and their needs, and aims to put them in the best position to successfully resolve the dispute.
Prior to joining the firm, Lauren was in private practice at an Indianapolis-based law firm and was an in-house attorney with a document review company. She has experience arguing oral motions and discovery disputes, taking and defending depositions, and negotiating settlements on behalf of her clients. She has also assisted with resolving matters through creative settlement solutions and offering arguments at hearings.
Lauren gained experience through an externship in enforcement with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), where she drafted allegations against member universities and attended enforcement hearings.
Devoted to raising awareness of and making a difference in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion, Lauren was president of the Feminist Law Society and was involved in the Women’s Caucus during law school.
