Kathleen’s practice also includes trademark and copyright enforcement and the resolution of domain name disputes. She regularly prosecutes and defends oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg full-time in 2016, Kathleen served as a trademark law clerk in the Indianapolis office. In addition, she gained valuable experience as a legal intern with the General Counsel's Office at Angie's List, CMG Worldwide, the Indianapolis Museum of Art and Indiana University Health.
