Joseph L. Fehribach is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department based in the Indianapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg.
Joseph gained legal experience as a law clerk for the firm, where he was responsible for assisting with matters in intellectual property law including patent prosecution and patent litigation. His experience includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications covering mechanical and electromechanical systems in the aerospace, medical, automotive, child safety, and consumer products industries, among others.
Prior to attending law school, Joseph was a project engineer for HWC Engineering. In that role, he was responsible for project design, topographic surveys, and property mapping, as well as image analysis and measurement studies.
While he was an undergraduate student, he attended the TEAN Energy Tomorrow Program in Australia.
