Jason is an experienced healthcare lawyer and hospital executive, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in both in-house and private practice settings. He has a particular passion for helping providers adopt emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, telehealth, wearable devices and remote patient monitoring.

Jason counsels healthcare entities on strategic affiliations (transactions), hospital joint ventures, senior living, medical staff matters, government investigations, physician employment, managed care contracting, value-based care, audits, and HIPAA. He also helps clients address issues related to Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law violations.
