Janice L. Chase

She routinely performs legal research, assists with discovery matters, and drafts memoranda, petitions and briefs.

Prior to joining the firm full-time, Janice was a summer associate in the San Diego office. She assisted firm attorneys on both litigation and transactional matters, including breach of contract litigation, pre-acquisition diligence, and revising the bylaws of a nonprofit corporation.
