Liz has represented businesses and individuals in litigation claims across the United States. She has litigated IP cases involving a wide array of technologies, including polymeric packaging films, compounding and processing systems, automotive components, and electromechanical and mechanical consumer goods. Liz also has experience working in the mobile communications and computer industry. In addition, she has been involved in various matters before administrative agencies, such as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, International Trade Commission, and the Court of Federal Claims.
Moreover, Liz represents and counsels clients in patent and trademark procurement and freedom to operate analyses. Her practice involves clearance and patentability analyses, invalidity and infringement opinions, and national and international patent prosecution. Liz is also responsible for the development and maintenance of large, complex patent portfolios for her clients.
