Through her leadership, Eleanor is orienting the firm’s business functions toward strategic visioning and implementation of proactive client expansion activities influencing the promotion of key services, industries and individuals.
Eleanor has more than 20 years of legal business development and practice management experience, with more than 15 years focusing in the healthcare sector for the third-largest health law firm in the country. She uses that experience to attract work for the firm and for devising strategies for expanding client relationships, building national, industry-specific brand awareness, and attracting lateral talent critical for growth.
Her practice management responsibilities have included analyzing financial performance; monitoring and resolving productivity matters; advising on recruiting decisions; leading lateral integration; and facilitating communication between practice groups and client teams with respect to cross-selling and other collaborative activities. This experience gives Eleanor a holistic approach to law firm management and growth, with meaningful client service as the sole purpose for all activities.
