David has extensive IP litigation experience, successfully litigating bet-the-company patent claims in U.S. district court, the U.S. Patent Office, and the Federal Circuit. He has also litigated numerous other IP matters, including trademark, trade secret, false advertising, and anti-trust claims.

David was named a 'Rising Star' in IP by Georgia Super Lawyers for four years and was one of only a handful of lawyers selected in 2014 by the Daily Report magazine as a 'Rising Legal Star Under 40.'
An avid hiker and backpacker, David has hiked several sections of the Appalachian Trail and hopes one day to hike all 2,200 miles of the trail.
