Christine Duncan is an experienced attorney who represents commercial lenders and borrowers in a wide range of complex financial transactions. Her practice includes syndicated lending, secured transactions, real estate lending, asset-based financings, and leveraged buyout and acquisition financings. Christine’s approach encompasses every stage of the lending process, from drafting loan documentation and conducting detailed  due diligence to reviewing titles and surveys and ensuring the creation and perfection of security interests.  

In addition to her finance practice, Christine provides strategic general corporate counseling to companies across various industries. She advises clients on complex business and commercial transactions, including corporate finance matters, mergers and acquisitions, business entity formation, contract negotiations, asset sales, dissolutions, and corporate governance issues.  Christine’s comprehensive understanding of corporate operations allows her to offer tailored legal guidance that aligns with her clients’ long-term business objectives.
