Ben has been representing developers and operators of office, retail, hotel, medical office, hospital, industrial and other real estate projects for in excess of 30 years.

Ben also represents numerous privately held companies in connection with the acquisition and/or sale of their businesses, succession planning, equity and debt financing, leveraged buyouts and other general corporate matters. In addition, he has represented an array of banks and financial institutions in many types of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured loans, asset based loans and project finance transactions.
