Ben Pecar concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and corporate law, including real estate development, leasing and financing transactions and providing general corporate advisory services. Ben counsels real estate developers, owners and operators in connection with the acquisition, financing, construction, leasing and/or sale of their projects. This work includes structuring deals, negotiating joint ventures, sale and leaseback transactions, leasing, financing and virtually all other aspects of real estate projects.
