Autumn Gear focuses her practice on civil litigation. She represents clients from various business sectors on an array of litigation matters, including intellectual property and employment issues and claims.
Autumn primarily litigates intellectual property and employment matters. She assists in virtually all aspects of pretrial practice, including research, drafting pleadings, discovery and drafting motions.
Autumn has also drafted appellate documents, including jurisdictional motions and appellate briefs. Autumn produces concise and directed legal arguments to advance clients’ positions.
Autumn actively volunteers with the Volunteer Lawyers Network’s housing clinic to provide legal advice to low-income tenants and landlords.
