OVERVIEW

Audrey Gariepy-Bogui’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, involving business torts, contract and employment disputes, government investigations, and product liability. Valued for her fierce advocacy and professionalism, she represents and advises clients through the litigation and dispute resolution processes.

Audrey represents clients in a wide variety of industries in state and federal court proceedings across the country. She handles virtually all aspects of pre-trial practice, including drafting pleadings and discovery requests, taking party and fact witness depositions, and overseeing corporate document collection. As a native French speaker, Audrey is also very comfortable working with international clients.

Audrey has substantive litigation experience and has authored successful discovery, evidentiary and dispositive briefs and motions. Efficient and highly organized, she is skilled in managing large caseloads for multi-district litigations and developing targeted litigation strategies aimed at obtaining the best outcome for her clients.

Prior to joining Barnes and Thornburg, Audrey was an associate at a large international law firm, where she represented clients in government investigations, complex business disputes and employment litigation matters. She also worked in the Maryland Attorney General’s Office, where she assisted with multi-state investigations and enforcement actions involving unfair and deceptive trade practices, false advertising, and violations of state consumer protection laws.

Always drawn to serving others, Audrey maintains an active pro bono practice and has experience assisting with child custody and adoption proceedings, improper housing condition disputes, and immigration matters. For example, in a recent third-party custody case and adoption trial, she successfully helped a woman adopt her three minor grandchildren.
