Lott focuses her practice on structuring a wide variety of transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions, mergers, private placements, joint ventures and financings.

Amy’s diverse skill set gives her the strength and flexibility to work with domestic and international clients of virtually all types and sizes spanning a number of industries – software, energy, real estate, healthcare, banking, investment management, mining and refining, food and beverage and manufacturing. Many clients rely on Amy as their outside general counsel to advise on tax-efficient entity and deal structuring, investment vehicles, regulatory compliance, business disputes, and day-to-day contracting, operational and governance matters.

By leveraging her extensive abilities and first-hand knowledge of each client’s business, Amy provides valuable counsel to directors, executives and business owners on how to proactively resolve corporate governance issues and maintain compliance with strict regulatory frameworks. In addition, her clients value her guidance through each phase of a deal from concept to post-closing, which gives them confidence in their decisions every step of the way.

Further, Amy is dedicated to protecting her clients even beyond their corporate transactional needs.
