国連から中小企業、建設会社、業界団体に至るまで、45年間にわたり、企業、コントラクター、雇用者の複雑な労務問題に携わってきた。

長年にわたり労務のすべての分野でクライアントにアドバイスを提供してきた。また、2012年、「働く権利」州法に関し、ミシガン州上院をサポートしている。

契約交渉、選挙、労働組合化の回避、労働仲裁などの労働組合関連、競業避止、不当労働慣行の訴訟、ハラスメント訴訟、賃金と就労時間、全国労働関係委員会の事件、労働組合、集団ピケッティング、暴力、二次ボイコット、圧力、OSHA-MIOSHAと安全問題等に関するアドバイスを提供している。また、ERISA信託基金および関連の受託者責任についてアドバイスを提供している。
