シンガポール出身で英語、中国語（北京語）に加え、マレー語、広東語を解する。アジアのビジネス文化に関する理解から、中国およびアジア諸国の企業による米国でのビジネス、及び米国企業の中国、アジア諸国でのビジネスをアシストしている。

上場、非上場の中国およびアジア諸国の大小さまざまな企業クライアントに、戦略的投資、米国でのビジネス拡大に関するアドバイスを提供している。医療診断、医療サービス、自動車、家具、屋外機器、高度アルミニウムなど、各種メーカー、サービス業等の企業クライアントを持つ。

これまでに、数千万から10億ドル以上の取引額に及ぶ米国、海外の営利および非営利の企業クライアントのM＆A取引、また、北米、ヨーロッパ、アジアの多国籍クライアント向けの国際再編プロジェクト、供給契約、合弁契約、パートナーシップ契約など幅広い国際契約の作成と交渉において、米国、中国、その他のアジア企業に法務サービスを提供してきた。

弁護士以前には、シンガポールのグローバル企業でのビジネス経験を持ち、経済開発庁の人的資源部門責任者、物流業界マネージメント部門シニアオフィサー、KPMG Advisory Servicesではビジネス戦略、パフォーマンスマネージメントに関するシニアアソシエートを務めた。National Trade Union Congress（全国労働会議）企業開発部門ではシニアエグゼクティブを務めた。
