John Wilford of the South Bend office was featured in an article, "Mental Health Awareness Month: After mental illness changed his life, John Wilford learned to heal, hope and adapt," published by The Elkhart Truth on May 13. The article talks about John's journey and the St. Joseph County chapter of Clubhouse International, an organization that helps create community-based centers where mentally ill adults can find community, support, access to mental health services, work and housing opportunities and more. Tim Emerick and Nelson Vogel of the South Bend office provided pro bono assistance to Clubhouse by helping it incorporate and apply for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, and also serve on the St. Joseph County Clubhouse's board of directors.
