On Feb. 11, Christina Studebaker of the Indianapolis office gave a presentation on "Voir Dire & Jury Selection Strategies" to the Indianapolis Bar Association. The talk included an examination of demographic versus attitudinal characteristics as predictors of verdict leanings and case perceptions, techniques for learning about jurors before and during voir dire, and the benefits of aggregating trial team and jury consultants' evaluations of jurors.
