At the 2014 AEHS West Coast Conference, David Gillay of the Indianapolis office presented “VI Exposures - The Challenges, Need for, & Benefits of Long-Term Stewardship.” David focused his presentation on developing a VI playbook, the U.S. EPA’s new institutional control policy, Indiana’s draft interim guidance for managing long-term stewardship obligations and practical guidance.
