The Impact of Social Media On the Workplace: What Are Your Employees Doing on Facebook?

Mark Kittaka of the Fort Wayne office was a panelist at the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) national convention in Kansas City on Nov. 9. The program "The Impact of Social Media On the Workplace: What Are Your Employees Doing on Facebook?" was presented along with the general counsel for Sony Entertainment, a regional director of the NLRB and other outside counsel. The three-day convention attracted more than 1,200 Asian Pacific attorneys and judges from across the country.
