The Environmental Lawyer's Role in Transactions

Tammy Helminski of the Grand Rapids office moderated a Michigan Bar Environmental Law Section webinar titled "The Environmental Lawyer's Role in Transactions" on May 15. The webinar featured senior counsel for environmental health and safety at Chrysler Group LLC and two former chairs of the Environmental Law Section. Tammy is an elected member of the Michigan Environmental Law Section Council and serves as vice-chair of the Hazardous Substances & Brownfields Committee. This webinar was organized by Tammy's committee as a service to the state bar's members.
