The Changing Face of Affirmative Action Webinar
Many organizations doing business with the federal government are required to prepare yearly affirmative action plans for women and minorities, which are data-driven, and for disabled individuals and veterans, which are not. That is about to change.
The federal government recently finalized new laws that will require many federal contractors and subcontractors to set benchmarks and goals for hiring protected veterans and disabled individuals, and to analyze their employment practices with regard to protected veterans and disabled individuals. This seminar will discuss the changes to veterans and disabled affirmative action plans, a number of other recent developments relating to affirmative action plans, and what organizations should be doing in response.
