Recent Developments in Insurance Coverage for Construction-Related Claims

Clifford Shapiro, selected last year to co-chair the Insurance Committee of the American College of Construction Attorneys, is speaking at the College's annual meeting in Coral Gables, Florida on Friday, February 22. He will talk about recent developments in insurance coverage for construction-related claims. The presentation will include an updated 50 state survey of decisional and statutory law regarding the ever changing "occurrence" issue.
