Proactive vs. Reactive

Deborah Thorne of the Chicago office spoke at the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) Credit Congress in St. Louis on May 19. She spoke on a panel entitled "Proactive vs. Reactive," along with with Val Venable of Ascend Performance Materials and Lynnette Warman of Culhane Meadows. They addressed proactive steps credit managers can take during good times to lessen the impact of the bad times. Approximately 200 members of NACM attended the session.
