Bill Nolan of the Columbus office, joined by in-house counsel from Cardinal Health and United Retirement Plan Consultant, presented "Pricing and Managing Defense of the Case: An Inside/Outside Dialogue" as part of an Ohio State Bar Association business litigation continuing legal education program. The panel discussion focused on topics such as alternative fee arrangements, litigation project management, and other strategies for inside and outside counsel to collaborate on managing costs.
