Phase I ESA Update

David Gillay of the Indianapolis office presented At the SouthEastern States Intrusion Symposium. On Oct. 1, his presentation, “Phase I ESA Update,” focused on understanding nature and scope of due diligence; internal policies and legal implications; and continuing obligations and long term stewardship considerations. On Oct. 2, David’s presentation, “Practical Tips & New Tools to Manage VI,” provided a summary of key issues, gave practical tips and introduced new tools.
