General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018

Michael Baumert of the Chicago office presented on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 at the Finance, Operations and Technology Summit in Cleveland, Ohio, on Oct. 30. The audience included over 100 convention and visitor bureau professionals associated with Destinations International, an organization representing destination organizations worldwide. The presentation was well-received and followed by a 15-minute Q&A session.
