Fashion Industry Association's Summer Seminar

On Aug. 21, David Spooner of the Washington, D.C., office spoke on recent developments in U.S. trade policy at the Fashion Industry Association's summer seminar at JCPenney's headquarters in Dallas. David serves as counsel to the association. There were approximately 100 attendees from retailer and apparel brands such as JCPenney, Nike, Kohl's, Neiman Marcus and Haggar. Other speakers included the Assistant Commissioner of Customs and the U.S. Trade Representative's chief apparel negotiator.
