On Nov. 20, Dean Barnhard of the Indianapolis office was a presenter at Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana's 21st Annual Conference and Meeting in French Lick, Indiana. Dean presented, "Defeating Design Defect Claims Against Single-Molecule Chemical Products, and Using Federal Preemption to Defeat Any Remaining Warning Defect Claims," during the product liability breakout session. Approximately 60 attorneys were in attendance for his session.
