CLE at the Zoo

Tim Abeska of the South Bend office was one of the speakers at the "CLE at the Zoo" event held on June 27 in Indianapolis. The program was presented by the Employment, Labor and Benefits Law; Business Law; Construction and Surety Law; Litigation; and Corporate Counsel sections of the Indiana State Bar Association. Tim's presentation, titled "Drafting Effective Arbitration Clauses," focused on issues to consider when drafting arbitration provisions, to promote the efficient and economical use of arbitration.
