Kara and Jim presented “Coverage, Claims, and Calculating Loss: A Practical Discussion of Common Coverage and Forensic Issues,” which highlighted common commercial insurance issues, forensic services including analysis of business interruption claims and calculation of damages, and best practices for negotiating and litigating with insurance companies over coverage.
