Attorney Presentation - American College of Construction Lawyers Annual Meeting
Clifford Shapiro of the Chicago office attended the annual meeting of the American College of Construction Lawyers (ACCL) in Southern California on Feb. 18-20. In connection with his attendance, Clif prepared and provided the ACCL membership a 2016 update of his 50-state survey of the threshold "occurrence" issue that arises in connection with insurance coverage for construction defect claims.
